On our 23rd episode of Comics with my Kids, we team up with another Comic fan and his kid. Lee Searcy of the Covertnerd Podcast and his son August Searcy join Logan and Matt to talk about some event comics.   Lee and Matt picked out a book each for their kids to read and review.
Lee and August hit us with the source material for the biggest Marvel Universe Movie of all time.

Followed by Logan and Matt’s discussion on the Event that Launched a thousand other events.

Logan gives us a rundown about the story and what he likes most about the book. Matt gives a background on how the comic series began and why it exists.  Lee and August give us what they remember about the series. Logan gives his final thoughts on the book and what made the biggest impression on him.
